- Public holidays — cached locally after being fetched from the Nager.Date API for offline access
- App preferences — your selected country, planning year, and theme mode (system, light, or dark)

- Device identifiers or advertising IDs

⚙️ How We Use Your Information
The information stored on your device is used exclusively to:

Your data never leaves your device for the purpose of analytics, advertising, or profiling. No user accounts are required to use the app.

All your leave plan data and app preferences are stored in a local database on your device using Android's standard secure storage mechanisms. This data is accessible only to the Leave Planner app and is not shared with any other applications.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.

Leave Planner requests the following permission:
- Internet access — Required solely to fetch public holiday data from the Nager.Date API. No personal data is sent over the network.
